Pistachio Dark Chocolate Muffins

If you follow us on Instagram, you know that I’m currently baking my way through the cookbook I found in the basement of our inn a few weeks ago. It was created by the original owner of our historic Bed & Breakfast, Jill.

This recipe was so good. I will say, I did make it Gluten Free by using King Arthur’s Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour. I bet it would be better not gluten-free, but I seriously thought these were delicious.

It has been so inspiring to bake and imagine the B&B homeowners who came before us baking in the same space. It’s a legacy I don’t take lightly, and I’m excited to continue on this journey!
