Banff Camp Welcome // Couple's Retreat // May 26th-June 2nd, 2026
If you’ve spent any time with Joel & I, you know that the Bow Valley holds a special, meaningful place in our hearts. We absolutely love the Canadian Rockies for all that they hold - majestic scenery, culinary excellence, and boutique experience that will blow your mind.
We haven’t offered a couple’s retreat to Banff since 2023, and it was a winter retreat. We are SO excited to welcome you to our second home for one of the most beautiful seasons.
Here’s just a taste of what you can expect to experience on this retreat:
May 26th: Pick up from the airport at 3pm, welcome dinner at one of our favorite restaurants
May 27th: Up early to embark on our Banff Gondola adventure in the morning. This afternoon, you’ll have time to explore the quaint town of Banff on your own before a Wildlife Canoe cruise as a group down the Bow River, and a later dinner in downtown Banff. Tonight is a date night, so we’ll give you our favorite options, and you’re welcome to check out whatever restaurant suits your fancy!
May 28th: This morning, we’ll enjoy breakfast as a group before heading to Banff for a cruise on Lake Minnewanka. We’ll enjoy a private tea tasting at Jolene’s Tea House this afternoon (3pm), and a cooking class with a local chef for dinner.
May 29th: Today, we’re heading north to the Lake Louise area, where we’ll stay in some of our favorite cabins. We’ll hike through Johnston Canyon this morning to see both the upper and lower falls, and then give you time to settle in before enjoying an afternoon tea at The Fairmont Lake Louise. Dinner tonight is provided.
May 30th: Today, we’re heading to the two most infamous lakes in Banff National Park: Lake Louise & Moraine Lake! We’ll do a couple of smaller hikes together today to get insane views of both, and then head back to our accommodations to freshen up before taking a short drive to Yoho National Park. Tonight, we’ll be eating on the shores of Emerald Lake in British Columbia, at one of the highest rated restaurants in the Canadian Rockies.
May 31st: We’ll check out of our cozy cabins this morning, and head on a drive to Peyto Lake for a hike on our way up to Jasper National Park. We’ll have a picnic lunch provided, and end the day in our favorite little town: Canmore. Tonight, you’ll have a chance to shop around, or walk along the Bow River, before dinner on your own for a date night in Canmore.
June 1st: After breakfast, we’ll head to the Kananaskis Nordic Spa. This experience is unlike any other spa. From steam rooms to relaxation pools, cold plunges, and so much more, we’ll have a 3-hour experience here with time to relax as a couple and take your time enjoying each element. We’ll have free time in Canmore this afternoon, and then a goodbye dinner out at a restaurant in Canmore.
June 2nd: Breakfast together, everyone heads home

On this trip, we’re not just taking you somewhere we don’t understand. This will be our NINTH Banff retreat, and we can’t wait to stun you with its incredible beauty, and a hospitality level you’ve never experienced on any other retreat. We can’t wait to pamper you, and bring you to one of the most beautiful places on earth.
NOTE: If you are the type of person who needs every second of a trip planned out, and you struggle to remain flexible when traveling, our trips are probably not for you. Because the Canadian Rockies are just that - mountains in a chain of huge National Parks with weather changing constantly - sometimes pieces of the trip need to be moved around.
If something does change at the last minute, it’s only because a better opportunity came about, and we know it will only enhance the trip for you. As a couple that understands this area well, we promise to give you our best - and ONLY our best - to leave you with memories that will last a lifetime. We’re asking you to trust us on this journey, because we promise: It will be a trip to remember in all of the best ways.
